Lovely well furnished apartment with south facing apartment and excellent sea and coastal mountain views.

My wife and I spent twelve days at this wonderful property in March of 2023. It is a well designed and decorated studio, with a huge patio. The view from the balcony is spectacular, and the sound of the ocean soothes the soul. We had a great time exploring the area, the many spectacular beaches as well as the numerous restaurants and beach bars. We have used various home rental sites before, and have never met our host at any of them. Susan met with us online prior to our visit, and met us at the apartment in person to help get us settled. Her guidebook was also very informative and helpful. To say that she is a superhost is fitting, she goes the extra mile and makes your stay even more enjoyable. Would love to come back again. Better than the nearby luxury hotels. Seaview, large sun terrace, excellent beds. Positive: What a fabulous place! We frequently come to the area, we used to go to one of the luxury hotels nearby, but now we will be coming back here. Amazing sea view, steps from the beach, we come here to live outdoors. This apartment has a generous, private terrace with tables, chairs and sun lounger, you have a sea view and you get sun all day. Amazing sunsets and views over Puerto Banus city line at night. Sparkling clean with every amenity I could imagine including powerful hair dryer and hair straightener! One thing you always worry about when renting an apartment is the quality of the beds - here everything is brand new, the sheets are crisp white provided by a professional laundry service, excellent mattress and two types of pillows. Better than most hotels. Excellent quality sleep, what's more, this corner unit has no neighbours above or on 3 sides and is very quiet. I always look for places that are quiet to sleep but nearby restaurants walking distance, and this is it. It also has electric blackout blinds in case you need them. The host has set up a virtual guide that answers your every question about the apartment, proposes day trips and restaurant suggestions etc. She was very helpful and efficient in setting up the check in meeting. You will have to make an appointment to get the keys, there is no self check in. Walking distance from many beach clubs and restaurants including Nikki Beach, Casanis Plage and The Beach House, with a large shopping center and restaurant food court just 10 minute walk away. Easy community parking lot, which makes this apartment perfect to use as a home-base for a driving tour of southern Andalusia. Negative: There was nothing I didn't like about this apartment - but just to point out: it is a private apartment not a hotel, so you have to meet the host to get the keys and read the guidebook to know how everything works (there is no front desk or concierge service on-site). You have to follow some written instructions for check in and check out. The host is always reachable for any questions.
